Who is responsible

When you open the website
The website is served by Cloudflare, Inc. To deliver the pages and to block attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data such as the IP address of your device and the time of the request. We do not use this data to identify visitors.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running the website securely (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare keeps this data for a short time under its own rules. Details are in the Cloudflare privacy policy.
Cloudflare may also process data outside the EU, for example in the United States. It uses safeguards approved by the European Commission for this.
When you write to us
If you send us an email, we use your message and your contact details only to reply and to stay in touch about your request. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering requests, or steps taken before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
We keep emails as long as the correspondence needs them, at most for [[retention period]], unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Our emails are stored by [[email service provider]].
Cookies and local storage
The website stores nothing on your device. Every file is loaded from crixus.hu itself. No content is requested from other providers.
